Did you know that 4 times a second your “emotional alarm system” asks “Am I safe?” and “Do I matter?” The answer you get back is very important to your health…and this week’s guest will share with us why….
This week on Life Interrupted Radio your host, Sharon Sayler welcomes Sarah Peyton. Sarah is an international speaker and facilitator with an expertise in weaving together neuroscience knowledge and experiences of healing that unify people with their brains and bodies.
“One-way thinking” is often where the problem starts, says our guest Alan Eisenberg; “I’m sick and I’ll always be sick” is a type of “one-way thinking.”
It’s an easy mind trap to fall into. You may have heard your doctor give you a “pronouncement” of “You have “X” and you will always have it – so get use to it!” like I did…. This trap as well as others is important to know, as your healing, no matter if you heal a little or a lot, often begins in what you believe about your self and your ability to heal.
We all tell our self all kinds of stories — often they include stories of what illness and wellness mean… and when you have an autoimmune, or chronic condition, those stories may be even more complex after being told it’s all in your head….
One thing I’ve discovered through my autoimmune healing journey is that it’s both a physical and mental. Oh, those mind games that we can play….
On this episode of The Autoimmune Hour on Life Interrupted Radio we welcome Bev Martin who I love to describe as “a sort of a soul storyteller.” Join me, your host, Sharon Sayler and Bev Martin this Friday February 19, at 7PM ET at http://lifeinterruptedradio.com/pain_stories
This week’s guest on Life Interrupted Radio is Dr. Peter Osborne, known as the “Gluten Free Warrior” and author of No Grain, No Pain: A 30-Day Diet for Eliminating Chronic Pain — For Life. He will share easy ways to relieve pain and heal in ways most other professionals will never tell you because most don’t even know!
If you suffer from unexplained pain or know someone who does you have to listen to this important podcast.

This episode of Life Interrupted Radio is about living a life of legacy. As my guest Judy van Niekerk points out, it’s not just about leaving a legacy, it’s about creating a living legacy. You see, Judy’s life story could have turned out so different. Yet, she didn’t let a life of childhood torture by her own family members stop her.
Years ago, after waking up from yet another “overdose coma,” Judy had a “major light-bulb moment” where she discovered “What she was here to do.” She garnered up the courage to share her gifts and captured global media attention, including The BBC, RTE and Cosmopolitan and many others. This one act of courage, where she courageously shared her story of sexual abuse from her father caused the reporting of sexual assault in Ireland to increased by 75%….
• How to survive, move through and THRIVE
• How to connect to your greater self to find your gifts, and my personal favorite
• How to create a permanent state of inspiration, compassion and self love.
Join me, Sharon Sayler from www.Life InterruptedRadio.com, this Friday night October 9th at 7PM ET at www.LifeInterruptedRadio.com/Legacy to hear Judy’s truly inspirational story of courage, championing and conquering.
Often when someone is bullied, the resulting difficult feelings, thoughts and emotions are often right under the surface of our public facade and create a lifetime of hardship that doesn’t have to be. Listen Friday July 3rd at 7PM eastern ~

On Monday June 29th I had the honor to be on The Focus Radio Show on the eWomens Radio Network hosted by the fabulous duo Alyssa Granlund and Liz Uram.
We talked about resilience and how to bounce back when times are rough, tough, and just down right crummy.
